As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

When you receive your order, please make sure that the contents match the contents of your order, and that there are no damages or missing parts.

We pay close attention to product management, but in the unlikely event that you receive a different product (number) than you ordered, or if the product is damaged, please contact us by phone or contact us within 5 days after the product arrives. Please contact us with your order number and details.
